Annex 6 - Training Performance Improvement Programme


Aims: to select training consultants; to create the Project Local Committees; to conceive the guide to the performance improvement programme; to develop the Training Consultants Performance Improvement Programme; to settle the 2nd transnational meeting.

CECOA will be responsible for the activities and results of WP2. The WP2 activities are common to the partnership; in fact, all partners will participate on the activities mention previously.

The role of Project Local Commitees:

  • To empower the project end-users along the project, through filling the valorisation reports, to make some improvements along the project activities;
  • To collaborate as incubators of the project national networks, since those people
    should also be involved at the organisation of valorisation events;
  • To assure the European dimension of the final products, since each partner has the demand the validation of the products of each work package; they will contribute to the quality of the products as well as to their valorisation.

CECOA will present the timetable, methods and tools to develop the PR3–Guide for Training Consultants: e-Learning Quality and ROI Evaluation and PR4-Training Profile: Training Consultants Performance Improvement Programme. ProfitWise will be the partner responsible for the Internal Evaluation of the WP2.

The aims of PR3 are: to provide guidance and orientation to the training consultants during their contact with the SMEs. They should be able to create in SMEs openness to the e-learning cases of success and show e-learning courses for them and their employees as an alternative way of training and improve the SMEs productivity.

The aims of PR4 are to conceive the training profile as well as the training programme target to prepare the training consultants. This programme should promote the added value of the e-learning and show the advantages of using the ROI methodology as a quality management tool. Both products should create training consultants as e-learning ambassadors by:

  • Demonstrating the add value of e-learning for SMEs;
  • Improving the performance of e-learning consultants;
  • Identifying the needs and expectations of SMEs;
  • Helping employers to select the best e-learning options according to the cultural values and SMEs financial situation;
  • Guiding employers to settle e-learning solutions at sectorial level;

In order to reach these goals, the PR3 and PR4 should follow a Literature review;
Benchmarking phase and Products conception phase.

At the end of the WP2, NKI will hold the 2nd transnational meeting.

The expected outcomes/results of the WP2 will be:

  • Guide for Training Consultants: e-Learning Quality and ROI Evaluation (all languages and EN version);
  • Training Profile: Training Consultants Performance Improvement Programme (EN version);
  • 7 training courses for training consultants;
  • Organisation of the 2nd transnational meeting.
