ROI Methodology for e-Learning Courses: working version

The project partners have developed a ROI Calculator for SMEs.

Aims: to develop the ROI methodology for online learning courses. ProfitWise will be the partner responsible for WP3 activities and results. CECOA and BFI have also main contribution to the conception of the product, because those partners have expertise on these areas. The other partners are expected to have a secondary contribution at the development of the PR5-ROI Methodology for e-Learning Courses: working version.

The aims of PR5 are: to conceive a set of guidelines of the ROI methodology for the e-learning environments. As already mention, the ROI methodology help employers, employees and training providers to perceive the training outcomes and results in terms of SME’s impact; it can also be used as a reference framework to the conception, development and implementation of e-learning courses to SMEs according to final users quality criteria.

The e-learning suppliers expected also from this product a tool which show strong evidences of the adoption of the offer and the demand, what works in relation to the content, collaboration and impact and sustainability for SMEs and how to reach them.

In terms of methods and techniques, the conception and development of PR5 should include: Literature review, namely the products already published by the ASTD (American Association for Training and Development) and other training research programmes; and finally, the products conception and valorization.
