Aims: to implement/test and evaluate the ROI of e-Learning in online courses target to SMEs; to calculate the ROI of those courses; to held the 3rd transnational meeting.

CCC will be responsible for WP4 activities and results and FBB will be responsible for the Internal Evaluation of the WP4.

FBB, U. Tartu, ProfitWise and NKI will test the methodology in an online course target to trade and services SMEs employers or employees. All partners will participate at the ROI calculation of those courses: partners FBB, U. Tartu, ProfitWise and NKI are going to provide the inputs for the ROI calculation (the methodology application) and the other partners will provide their expertise at the ROI calculation (CECOA, BFI and CCC ).

The aims of PR6: to conceive a report about the application process, providing feedback about the ROI methodology testing for e-learning environments: the conditions of application; the problems/difficulties; the changes and adaptations made by each partner in the methodology/instruments used during application; the results of ROI methodology/instruments testing; the required conditions for the transferability of theses results and outcomes; the way how these instruments will be used in further situations, the intentions of selling those products or other suggestions.

In terms of methods and techniques, the partners responsible for the testing will use this question checklist in order to fill the report and guide the other partners in their application phase.

ProfitWise will be responsible to organise the 3rd transnational meeting.

The expected outcomes/results of the WP4 will be a Report on Application of the ROI Methodology for e-Learning Courses.
