Quality management plan (QMP) and quality dossier

Aims: to insure the quality of the project in terms of products and results and creation of useful solutions and services to SMEs; to define communication means between partners as well as the capacity to promote a creative and team work. All partners will collaborate for the quality of the project and contribute to the development of the quality reports. U. Tartu will be responsible to assembling and coordinate the tasks and activities of the WP7.

At the 1st transnational meeting, CECOA and U. Tartu will present the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and validate it with the other project partners.

The main goal of the QMP is precisely to involve the partners with the objectives, project priorities and products.

As already mention, each partner will be responsible for a particular WP and for its main activities, tasks and products. With exception of WP7 and WP8 (which will be just submitted to an external evaluation), each WP will have: 3 types of quality validation through an external evaluator (an expert invited by the WP responsible), an internal evaluator (another project partner with experience on the same issue), and finally, each country will validate the final products near their Project Local Committees.

All types of validation will contribute to the project quality and will result in the creation of a quality dossier for WP with the following reports: a validation and quality report from the external expert, 7 Local Committee reports (by project partner) and an internal report.

The following project structure in relation to the quality management plan was settled:

• WP1: Partner Responsible, NKI and Internal Evaluator, CCC;
• WP2: Partner Responsible CECOA, Internal Evaluator ProfitWise;
• WP3: Partner Responsible ProfitWise, Internal Evaluator BFI;
• WP4: Partner Responsible CCC, Internal Evaluator FBB;
• WP5: Partner Responsible BFI, Internal Evaluator ProfitWise;
• WP6: Partner Responsible FBB, Internal Evaluator NKI;
• WP7: Partner Responsible U. Tartu and WP8: Partner Responsible CECOA.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN

At the end of each WP, U. Tartu will assemble all the quality reports and will create a quality dossier by WP, with the external expert evaluation, the internal evaluation and the Local Committees evaluation.
