Aims: to promote the dissemination and exploitation of project results; to involve the partnership as an active element of the products and results valorisation; to involve final users and stakeholders at the valorisation and exploitation of the project products.

CECOA will be responsible for the success of the WP and each partner, in their own country and abroad, should be committed with the usability and transferability of the project services and products to their internal and external clients and suppliers, to their regular networks and to other potential market niches. In order to achieve this goal it’s we design an ambitious WP using diverse ways of dissemination, different strategies and channels by products in accordance to their relevance to the project final users.

The results of the WP8 will be:

- 7 workshops target to training consultants (one by partner) aiming to disseminate the PR1. These events should be organised with the collaboration of the training consultants who receive the training and have a mix of 15 training consultants with and without e-learning experience in order to share experiences, doubts and also new professional opportunities with peers from different frameworks and perceptions.

- 7 workshops target to disseminate the PR1 for SME’s, managers, owners and
entrepreneurs
. These events should involve at least 25 persons and discuss the report results but focused on the e-learning benefits for SMEs and the ROI methodology as a way to demonstrate the added value of e-learning.

- 7 seminars target to disseminate the PR1 to VET centres, social partners, public and private organisations. These events should at least involved 75 persons from entities with experience on online learning and also others resistant towards e-learning courses. In the seminars, it’s important to present a synopsis of what is happening currently on sector and also exploring the relation between the offer and the demand.

- Demonstration of e-learning best practices for SME’s. CECOA, BFI and ProfitWise will demonstrate examples of excellence collected from the market in order to present solutions and tangible results. These events can be included in other national events (for example, at annual conferences of e-Learning promoted by national institutes).

- FBB, U.Tartu, CCC and NKI will organize focus-groups target do discuss the e-learning return on investment. The events aims to assemble trainees and trainers contributions and provide feedback about this new methodology; are also a way of validate e-learning quality criteria from the end users perspective and also an opportunity to (pre)validate the PR8 and PR9.

- 7 workshops target to disseminate the PR8 for SME’s, managers, owners and
entrepreneurs. These workshops should involve at least 25 persons.

- 7 seminars target to disseminate the PR9 to VET centres, social partners, public and private organisations (mainstreaming) and training consultants, with at least 75 persons. In the Portuguese Seminar, the other partners will be invited to present their project results and contributions.

Along with these events, there are also a set of initiatives under the primary, secondary and vertical valorisation as: the divulgation of project results in the project blog; in partners websites and newsletters (Pop-Ups and “news”); in partners networks; in offline and online media (press releases, articles, news).
